NYIAS: Mercedes-Benz ML 450 Hybrid

Mercedes-Benz has just entered the turbulent world of hybrids with the ML 450 Hybrid SUV. This particular model is exclusive to the US and Canada. From the press conference, this gasoline electric hybrid produces 335 HP and 381 lb/ft of torque. It is suppose to use 50% less fuel than their current V-8 equipped model. Also on stage is a European production model, the Mercedes E250 BlueTec. It is a 4 Cylinder Diesel, and they are gauging their reaction to the model here in New York to see if their is demand for a small diesel. It has been written that this model will get 44 MPG.

This is the new E63 AMG, and he E63 AMG, and according to the press release, it accelerates from standstill to 60 mph in just 4.4 seconds, with a top speed of 155 mph. It should with 518 HP, and 465 Lb-Ft of Torque. The sound was amazing when driven on to the stage as well.
