Hemmings Find of the Day – repliCountach

As of this writing, there’s 23 Lamborghinis for sale on Hemmings.com – everything from a ‘66 350GT to a pair of ‘08 Gallardos. So, of course, to accompany today’s Hemmings Six Degrees of Separation Challenge on Lamborghinis, I find the most unLamborghini of Lamborghinis – a repliCountach, offered for $34,900 out of Georgia. From the seller’s description:

I’d say it was based on a Fiero, given the GM steering column and turn signal stalk, but the longitudinal V-8 makes me suspect otherwise. Any guesses as to what this started out as?
