ToMoCo Celebrates 100,000,000 Japanese-built Cars With Toyota-Toast!

100 million cars is a big milestone for any automaker and it's one that should rightfully be celebrated. How should one mark the occasion, though? Special-edition vehicles? Pay rises? A massive house party at the CEO's joint? Well, Toyota chose to mark the occasion in a distinctly Japanese manner... with a novelty toaster!

The commemorative toaster burns an image of a 1936 Toyota AA - Toyota's first domestically produced vehicle and a source of great pride within the company (below)- onto your toast, just like those damned Hello Kitty toasters. Can you see the likeness?.

So, where can a Toyota fanboy get one? God knows, really. Information on the toasters is pretty hard to come by, but we're willing to bet they were given out as gifts to Toyota salarymen as a reward for their decades of loyal servitude. Yahoo Japan Auctions might be the best way to go, but if all else fails, you could always make your own Toyota toast with this thing instead.
