Porsche 911 with Big Block V8

Maximum Torque Specialties has put their super sleeper 1980 Porsche 911 Targa up for sale on eBay for the third time (previous auctions the reserve was not met). The swap was from a 1970 Cadillac Eldorado 500 CID engine and TurboHydramatic 425 transaxle which will put out roughly 517 HP and has at least 600 Torque. The Targa body was chosen because the unibody provided more rigidty helping when sheetmetal was removed to fit this big boy in the back. MTS slightly bored, decked, and fully balanced the engine. The builders being very ingenious made fake luggage to cover the engine behind the seats. Their eBay listing actually has a ton of information and photos of the car showing these are some serious builders. No doubt this car must be one hell of a drive.
