Vintage Scooters are GO!

We had about eight bikes with us, and despite threatening skies all day, we managed to enjoy a great ride.

At the lookout over the Quabbin Reservoir in Ware, Massachusetts (click to embiggen). From left to right:

* Jonny Fez’s 1980s-era Vespa P200

* Jay H.’s 1966 Fuji Rabbit (manufactured by Fuji Heavy Industries, parent company of Subaru. Twin cylinder two-stroke, torque converter, air suspension, electric start. Very cool.)

* My 1965 Allstate

* AllstonEP’s 1961 Lambretta Li150

* RerverBilly’s Lambretta Series III

* Maxmatic’s 1964(?) Allstate

* Maxmatic’s late 1970s PX150 ridden by Francesco, who came all the way from Italy.
