Up in flames: Psycho Chevy

Uncle Psycho put this one up in the Hemmings’ Readers Rides this week:

Started with a 1965 shortbed. Blew the motor. had my 1990 chevy 1-ton PU go up in flames. am putting the ‘65 body on the ‘90 frame with the ‘90, BB, 454, 4×4, 1-ton running gear. I will be using a long bed from a ‘66.

Adversity into tragedy! Can-do spirit! Bay Area! Lockbox! Go, Uncle Psycho, go!

Body goes up, body goes down.

That’s a project that always appealed to me. I had a ‘73 Chevy one-ton once that would have been awesome for that.
