Mashup – Crosley meets Anna Nicole Smith

Jeff Hall recently came across a rather unusual Crosley out in Norwalk, Ohio, and wanted to know just what it was that he found. Looks like it started out as a Hot Shot or Super Sport, then, uh, matured from there.

In lieu of identifying who built it (though Jeff would like to know that too), can you pinpoint where the various parts came from?
