Ultima GTR in the Wild at Road America!

There were a bunch of wicked cars in the parking lots of Road America, but of all the ones I saw, the Ultima GTR was the only machine that looked like it could have given the thoroughbreds on the track some competition. The chassis and bodywork are built but Ultima in the UK, and once it's over on this side of the Pond, lucky buyers can choose to drop in any power plant they choose. Schwartz Extreme Performance built this one with a twin-turbo LS2 motor—the block and the valve guides are the only original parts—that's producing an astonishing 1003 horsepower, and as you can imagine, the performance is insane. This baby will go from 0-60 in two seconds, 0-200 in 20 seconds, and actually gets 23MPG on the highway. Is that amazing or what?  I actually saw this very car two years ago at SEMA, and was totally floored when I learned that it's street legal. Can anybody loan me 200 grand so I can have one built? Five more pics after the jump.
