Since it has been happening for 15 years straight, nearly every car guy knows about the Woodward Dream Cruise, even if they have not been there. The massive cruise scene held on the Detroit area’s legendary Woodward Avenue brings tens of thousands of cars and even more people into nine local cities: Berkley, Bloomfield Hills, Bloomfield Township, Ferndale, Huntington Woods, Pleasant Ridge, Pontiac, and Royal Oak.
For 2009, it turned out that even troubles with the auto makers and heavy unemployment could not slow down this massive show, which is said to be the largest singe-day car event in the world.
