VW Karmann Ghia with Viper V10

Published in engineswapdepot.com

I have always enjoyed the look of Karmann Gias. But like a lot of early VW vehicles the engine power leaves a lot to be desired. Enter Blue Mamba, the 1967 Karmann Ghia with a 650 horsepower 3rd generation Viper V10. There is no way the factory frame could handle that much power so the car runs a much stronger custom chassis. You can thank Deanz Rodz and Race Carz and the Custom Shop for building this wild Volkswagen. Make sure to visit their sites to see all the fabrication that went into this project.
