For that reason alone, this restored Massachusetts-based 1972 IH Scout II stands out. Add in the fire-engine red paint, the steelies, the V-8, and it appears to be an exceptional early SUV. Rebuilt in 1992 with over $18,000 invested from the ground up using new factory IH parts.
