Two Twin-turbo Big-block Chevys

This video documents Jeff Lutz and his son’s two twin-turbo 1957 Chevys and Jeff winning of Drag Week 2014. Each car runs approximatly the same 3,000 horsepower twin-turbo 692 ci V8s. The biggest difference is one car weighs 3,800 lbs while the other is 3,000 lbs. Jeff won the Drag Week by traveling 1,000 miles and averaging 6.84 seconds at 212 mph over five days of drag racing.
